• Uploaded photo: used for face analysis and image generation, processed in memory only.
• Payment metadata: handled by Polar.sh for billing, fraud prevention, and receipt records.
• Locale and preferences: small local settings stored in your browser (for example language choice).
• Support communications: emails you send to support@kpopdna.com.

2. How We Use Data

• Deliver the purchased generation request ($2.99 per use).
• Generate four AI portrait outputs and display results.
• Send supplementary completion notices by email when available.
• Prevent abuse, enforce terms, and respond to support requests.

3. Retention and Deletion

Uploaded photos are not persistently stored by KpopDNA and are deleted immediately after processing. Generated result availability may be temporary depending on system operations. Billing and compliance records may be retained by Polar.sh under their legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Processors

• Google Gemini AI: face analysis and image generation processing.
• Polar.sh: Merchant of Record for payment processing and tax handling.

We require processors to handle data in line with contractual and legal obligations.

5. Analytics and Cookies

We plan to use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity in consent-based mode. When enabled, analytics cookies will be controlled through Cookie Settings.

6. Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards proportionate to the service scope, including transmission security and access controls. No system can be guaranteed 100 percent secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, or restriction of processing.
