These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and KpopDNA regarding your use of our website and services at kpopdna.com. By accessing or using KpopDNA, you agree to these Terms.
By using KpopDNA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
KpopDNA is an AI-powered digital service that analyzes your photos and generates K-pop idol-style portrait images. The Service includes:
Important Notice: This Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, psychological, or professional advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use KpopDNA, or have valid consent from a parent or legal guardian where local law permits use by minors. By using the Service, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You may upload photos solely for the purpose of receiving AI-powered face analysis and K-pop style image generation results. You must have all necessary rights and permissions for any photo you upload.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates third-party rights.
You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. You grant KpopDNA a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your uploaded content solely to operate and provide the Service.
KpopDNA offers two service tiers: a 2-photo set and a 4-photo set. The current price for each tier is displayed at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes apply only to future purchases.
Payments are processed securely by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. We do not directly store your payment card details.
KpopDNA does not issue access tokens, retry credits, or regeneration tokens. Each payment is for a single generation.
Once payment is confirmed, AI analysis begins automatically. Results are typically generated within 1-3 minutes. Digital delivery is considered complete when results are displayed in your browser. An email notification may be sent via noreply@kpopdna.com as a supplementary notice, but email delivery is not guaranteed.
Refund eligibility and procedures are described in our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before purchasing.
All rights, title, and interest in KpopDNA, including software, branding, text, graphics, and underlying technology, are owned by KpopDNA or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms, you may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise permitted in writing by KpopDNA.
You must not reverse engineer, copy, scrape, distribute, or exploit the Service or generated outputs in violation of law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
Your use of KpopDNA is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data.
KpopDNA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that generated results will be accurate, suitable, uninterrupted, or free from errors. AI outputs may vary and may not meet your subjective expectations.
Outputs are for entertainment and informational use only and are not professional advice of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KpopDNA and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KpopDNA and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by legal, technical, or security reasons.
