Polar 60-Day Refund Policy: Purchases processed through Polar.sh are generally eligible for refund requests within 60 days, subject to platform review and applicable law.

EU 14-Day Withdrawal Notice: If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days for digital purchases. By requesting immediate AI portrait generation, you acknowledge that digital performance begins right away and your withdrawal right may be limited once delivery starts.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Payment was charged but service was not delivered

Not Eligible

  • KpopDNA was successfully generated and delivered
  • Dissatisfied with style or subjective preferences
  • Uploaded poor-quality photo
  • Changed mind after valid delivery

2. No Retry System

KpopDNA does not provide an automatic retry system, regeneration credits, or access tokens. Each payment covers a single generation. If generation fails due to a confirmed technical error, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send a request to support@kpopdna.com with:

  • Payment confirmation or receipt details
  • Date/time of purchase and billed amount
  • Description of the issue
  • Relevant screenshots, if available

4. Refund Processing Time

We review refund requests as quickly as possible, typically within 3-7 business days. Once approved, settlement timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

KpopDNA service tiers (2-photo or 4-photo) are each sold as a single unit. The price for each tier is displayed at checkout. Partial refunds are generally not provided unless required by applicable law.

7. Email Delivery Service

Completion emails sent from noreply@kpopdna.com are supplementary notices only. Delayed or filtered emails do not by themselves prove non-delivery if portrait images were successfully displayed in your browser.
