Refund Policy

This policy describes when KpopDNA purchases may be refunded. Payments are processed by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record, and refund tools may be provided in Polar customer portals.

1. Standard Refund Window

Eligible purchases may be refunded within 60 days through Polar self-service tools or by contacting support, subject to abuse checks and legal restrictions.

2. EU/EEA/UK Consumer Rights

If applicable law grants a 14-day withdrawal right for digital purchases, that right may be limited once immediate digital performance begins with your consent. We evaluate requests according to local consumer law.

3. Refundable Cases

• Confirmed system failure resulting in no usable output.
• Duplicate billing caused by payment error.
• Other cases required by mandatory consumer law.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Dissatisfaction based only on subjective style preference after valid delivery.
• Delays or filtering issues related to supplementary email notifications.
• Requests for partial refunds; each purchase is a single $2.99 unit service.

5. No Retry Credits or Access Tokens

KpopDNA does not issue retry credits, regeneration tokens, or access tokens as compensation. Approved cases are handled through direct refund pathways.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send a request to support@kpopdna.com with:

• Purchase email or receipt identifier
• Approximate purchase time and amount
• Reason for request and any relevant screenshots

7. Processing Time and Chargebacks

We aim to review requests within 3-7 business days. Bank posting times vary. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account or transaction restrictions.
